- Help customers find the right vehicle for their needs and budget.
- Respond to leads quickly through calls, texts, and messages.
- Schedule and confirm appointments.
- Present vehicle features and conduct test drives.
- Assist customers with financing applications.
- Follow up with potential customers to close sales.
- Maintain accurate customer information in our CRM.
- Keep the showroom, office, and vehicle lot organized and presentable.
- Build lasting relationships that generate repeat and referral business.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in automotive industry sales or retail sales.
- Excellent communication and people skills.
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Sales or customer service experience is a plus, but not required.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Comfortable using computers, texting, and social media.
- Familiarity with CRM software systems for managing customer relationships and sales pipelines effectively.
- Experience in dealership operations.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Customer service-oriented mindset with polished phone etiquette and public speaking capabilities.
