Duties:
- Perform general office duties such as data entry and paperwork filing

- Manage scheduled appointments
- Provide customer service to clients and visitors
- Perform the removal and storage of personal effects from vehicles
- Conducting condition reports of vehicles towed in
- Conduct vehicle and or property releases to vehicle owners.
- Type documents, reports, and correspondence
- Maintain office organization and cleanliness
Skills:
- Strong organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Experience in clerical or administrative roles preferred
- Knowledge of QuickBooks or willingness to learn
- Familiarity with calendar management software
- Previous experience in event planning is a plus
