We are currently looking for dependable and motivated individuals to join our repossession team as Spotter Drivers. This is a full-time position ideal for individuals who are detail-oriented, self-driven, and able to perform in a fast-paced work environment.
Position Requirements:
- Valid driver’s license
- Working cell phone
- Reliable transportation to and from the office
- Strong attendance and punctuality
- Doctor’s note required for any absences
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Comfortable working in a high-demand setting
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate a company vehicle along assigned routes
- Utilize company tools to identify vehicles on the repossession list
- Notify the tow truck team when a vehicle is located
- Continue route scanning after reporting a find
- Accurately document all vehicle sightings
- Thoroughly grid neighborhoods and parking areas
