Seize The Bagel is looking for motivated, reliable team members to join our bakery crew.
If you’re ready to leave late nights behind, we’ve got good news — we’re open 6 AM to 4 PM, so you’re home for dinner.
Positions Available:
Full-Time and Part-Time

What We’re Looking For:
Our ideal candidate is self-managed, dependable, and takes pride in their craft.
Responsibilities & Qualifications:
- Scratch bakery experience preferred
- Minimum 3 years culinary training or equivalent on-the-job experience
- Ability to scale recipes through to finished product
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Supervisory experience is a plus
Compensation Disclosure:
- includes a BASE rate of 18.00 to 21.00, (DOE) plus TIPS (SERVICE POOL)
- SERVICE POOL (TIPS), are shared by all service staff, prorated by experience, cross training, and position
- OUR Crew appreciates the generosity of our guests, as the typical Crew member, post training, can earn between 1.00 and 5.00 per hour of the SERVICE POOL
