Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and customer-oriented bartender to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building connections with guests by providing excellent customer service, upselling drinks, following recipes, serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages. Bartenders should be knowledgeable about all details the drink and food menu and be able to create innovative and delicious cocktails while maintaining a clean and organized bar area.

- Mixing and Serving Drinks: Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including cocktails, beer, and wine. Create new and exciting drink recipes, and adapt to customer preferences.
- Upselling and Increasing Revenue: Suggestive selling to increase sales, such as recommending premium liquors or special cocktails.
- Customer Service: Greet customers in a friendly and welcoming manner.
- Take and process drink orders from customers. Engage with patrons, providing recommendations
- Multi-Tasking: Bartending often involves multi-tasking. Be able to handle multiple drink orders and
- Maintaining a Clean Bar: Keep the bar area clean and well-organized at all times.
- Regularly clean and sanitize glassware, utensils, and bar equipment.

- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift heavy items, such as kegs or cases of alcohol.
