10% Premium for joining our 2nd shift or afternoon shift!
Second Shift Time: 3:20 PM - 1:50 AM
Workdays: Monday-Thursday (Friday, Saturday, and Sunday OFF!)
Afternoon Shift Time: 12:00PM – 8:30PM
Workdays: Monday-Friday
Location: St. Louis Missouri, On-site

Responsibilities include:
- Perform the process of painting per government requirements.
- Be able to read travelers as they apply to the painting process.
- Understand the different types of paints and their mil-specs.
- Inventory and maintain the paint and equipment, taking note of expiration dates
- Follow procedures and work instructions as required by the ISO program, Assembly Department, and safety program.
- Conduct component preparation as required to ensure satisfactory paint adhesion.
- Prepare test panels for Quality control process verification.
- Maintain a daily log of all parts painted, listing applicable parts and castings.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED required
- Technical school, or 1 year of verifiable experience
- Must be able to lift and move up to 65 pounds, with or without assistance
- Have the ability to disassemble, clean, and repair spray painting guns and equipment.
