Job Summary
Seiler Drury Architecture is seeking an organized Office Manager to oversee business operations at our architecture firm. We are an award-winning architectural firm that is committed to creating extraordinary spaces through creative engagement and seamless collaborations with our clients. The Office Manager role is vital in ensuring smooth office administration, financial operations, and client relations, and allows for involvement in multiple aspects of the business. The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem solver with good communication skills, attention to detail, and a strong ability to multitask.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Development
- Maintain central project database
- Assist in creating proposals and presentations
- Identify applicable RFP’s and RFQ’s
Client & Account Relations
- Maintain client & consultant database for networking and outreach
- Assist in contract management
- Maintain license, registration, and membership renewals
Financial Management
- Assist in client invoicing, accounts receivable, and payment follow-ups
- Manage printer contracts, insurance, and other business accounts
- Track project budgets and expenses
Qualifications & Skills:
- 3 years of office management experience, preferability in an architecture or engineering industry
- A bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field is preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Familiarity with QuickBooks is preferred
- Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite is a plus
- Understanding of basic accounting principles and billing procedures
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
