Seifert Transit Graphics, a national leader in transit bus and rail graphics, is seeking a highly organized and hands-on Graphics Inventory Control Specialist to support our installation operations from our Oriskany, NY facilities.
This position plays a critical role in keeping our installation department running efficiently by managing materials, inventory, vehicle tracking, and replacement coordination for active bus and rail graphics projects across North America.
The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment where priorities can shift quickly. This is not a desk-only position, you’ll be actively involved in supporting installation workflow, coordinating materials, and helping keep projects moving on schedule.
What You’ll Do:
- Manage installation materials and consumables for active projects
- Stage materials, carts, and workstations for upcoming installs
- Coordinate movement and tracking of buses between facilities and installation stations
- Conduct inventory cycle counts and maintain organized inventory areas
- Monitor consumable inventory levels and coordinate replenishment orders
- Manage rejected material and installation snag reporting through Rejection Control
- Coordinate replacement material orders for damaged or defective items
- Work closely with leadership to support upcoming schedules and project priorities

- Comfortable working in a manufacturing, warehouse, or production environment
- Dependable with strong attention to detail
- Ability to stay organized while managing multiple active projects
- Comfortable using computers and learning ERP/inventory systems
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to move between production, inventory, and installation areas throughout the day
Bonus Experience:
- Inventory control or warehouse coordination
- Manufacturing or production support experience
- Inventory/ERP systems
- Experience supporting production teams
