Transportation Supervisor

Daily Responsibilities:

• Supervise Delivery and/or Shuttle
• Work closely with other transportation managers, ensuring routes and deliveries are accurately executed.
• Ensure safety processes and procedures are met or exceeded by inspecting equipment, logs, DVIRs, and Hours of service records.
• Be a positive self-starter that thrives working alone and in a team environment.
• Supervise a team of independent professional contractors.
• Supervise and monitor performance metrics- including survey, safety scores and Hours of Service.
• Work with all levels of management to build a positive work environment and improve team morale.
• Monitor all deliveries and routes in Dispatch Track/Motive from start to finish.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 years of logistics experience
• Microsoft Office Suite experience with moderate Excel Skills
• Excellent Organization, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Detailed oriented, highly organized, and resourceful
• Knowledge of DOT laws and regulations
• Ability to work flex schedule
