Duties/Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional client service to internal and external clients by swiftly addressing inquiries, scheduling appointments, and managing workflow processes.
- Deliver exceptional front desk service by greeting visitors, answering phones, and directing inquiries to ensure a positive first impression.
- Handle client communications through various mediums, ensuring high responsiveness and meticulous attention to needs.
- Undertake general administrative duties to ensure smooth operations, including supply management, meeting coordination, and office upkeep.
- Operate specialized administrative technologies, such as various software and client management systems, to enhance workflow and service delivery.
- Collaborate with the team for accurate and timely completion of tasks like data entry, document preparation, and file management, adhering to firm policies.
- Support senior staff with administrative aspects of client engagements, including preparing engagement letters, organizing files, and AR/Collections.
- Process client payments accurately and efficiently, ensuring proper documentation and maintaining confidentiality of financial information.
- Uphold strict confidentiality standards in handling sensitive client information.
- Engage in special projects and take on new responsibilities as needed to support the firm's objectives.
- Conduct all activities in agreement with Seidel Schroeder core values.
- Strong client service orientation and excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency in administrative technologies used in public accounting, including tax software and Microsoft Outlook.
- Exceptional organizational skills, with the capability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
- Keen attention to detail in all administrative tasks.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team, with minimal supervision.
- High adaptability to changing priorities and deadlines, maintaining professionalism and discretion.
- Minimum of a High School Diploma, associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Experience working in a professional office is preferred but not required.
