Job Title: Outside Parts Sales Representative
Position Summary:We are seeking a motivated and knowledgeable Outside Parts Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for building strong customer relationships, generating new business, and promoting our full range of parts and services. You will travel within your territory to visit existing clients, identify new opportunities, and provide product expertise to ensure customers receive the right parts for their needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with current and prospective customers.
Promote and sell parts, supplies, and related services within assigned territory.
Conduct regular onsite visits to customer locations, assessing needs and offering appropriate product solutions.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the customer base.
Provide accurate product information, pricing, and availability.
Work closely with inside sales and parts department teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback.
Prepare and deliver sales reports, forecasts, and updates to management.
Represent the company in a professional manner at all times.
Previous experience in parts sales, field sales, or related industry (automotive)
Strong product knowledge or willingness to learn technical parts information.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Ability to travel regularly throughout assigned territory.
