INFORMATION FOR
The mentor program aims to complement the simulation sessions of Simulation Academy at Yale. Our goal is to foster mentoring communities that value STEM engagement, performance, and representation, thus helping our students create personal connections to STEM. Our monthly mentoring sessions include student reflections on their learning, small group discussions, and career exposure from a variety of healthcare professionals.
Students of the Simulation Academy at Yale receive structured mentoring from a range of mentors, including undergraduate students, medical students, and faculty members. This provides our students with both near-peer and expert mentors in STEM fields. We're excited to see how our students grow through this experience.
