What are the responsibilities and job description for the 2025 Associate - IMS Technology Project Associate position at SEI1GLOBAL?
SEI has a career opportunity for an individual who will be working as a Project Associate responsible for several technical initiatives across varies areas of the business. This includes working with, but not limited to, technology development, product and solutions, technical operations, infrastructure, corporate risk, and development teams. Tasks include leading large-scale development projects, problem determination, removing road blocks for development teams and keeping stakeholders informed on project status.
The individual needs to be able to work in a fast paced and rapid deployment environment.
What you will do:
Participate in all aspects of project management for assigned initiatives, including reporting, monitoring, creating and maintaining a plan, and coordinating and driving meetings to achieve milestones and project success
Identify resolutions for project issues and the mitigation of identified risks, horizontally first, vertically second
Ability to communicate with SEI key stakeholders with initiative and transparency
Build understanding of underlying components and business use cases for your initiative
Work with Product Management, Product Owners, and technical Business Owners to help assure strategy and execution alignment
Monitor and report overall project status and cross-team dependencies - take corrective actions as needed to keep the project on schedule
Identify and help implement process and quality improvements to help ensure client quality and satisfaction
Participate in release and implementation efforts for underlying projects
Immerse in Tech Risk Management process to help identify and complete preparations for resource End of Life management, vulnerability management, PEN test management, Education Training. Serve as a liaison between IMS Technology and Corporate Tech Risk Management.
Prepare to work in ancillary areas focused on the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) for either Traditional or Monthly release cadences across development teams
Be prepared to shift to urgent issues prioritized in a face pace environment
What we need from you:
Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university
Demonstrated experience in Project Management
Experience working with development resources on software development projects in a fast-paced environment
Working knowledge of high-level technical concepts and processes
Ability to proactively and effectively communicate across a large staff as well as with Management

Self-motivated with good time management skills
Excellent communicator with an acumen to interact with many different skillsets and personalities
