Solutions Specialist III, Alternative Investments

The Investment Manager Services Division (IMS) at SEI is growing rapidly and is seeking to expand the new professional services team within the solutions group. This team provides exceptional services to new and existing clients. As a Senior Business Analyst, you will lead new business onboarding estimation, approach/design, systems configuration, reporting, data conversion, automations, system integrations, and modeling services.

What you will do:

• Assess, analyze client customized requests and solutions
• Conduct and prepare gap analysis, business reason, solution definition for existing platform
• Support technical sales and present solutions
• Provide solutions packaging content and competitive positioning
• Collaborate with product components, technology, developers, sales, operations in the design delivery and maintenance of the solutions.

What we need from you:

• BA/BS in Computer Science, MIS, Mathematics, Engineering, Finance, Accounting, Business or applicable experience.
• A minimum of 8 years of accounting platform implementation experience, software, and product development subject areas in the Alternatives industry
• Financial Services experience in Alternatives, preferably Private Equity, Private Debt, Real Estate operations, reporting, allocations, and fee calculations
• Expertise in alternatives systems implementations: FIS Private Capital Suite (Investran), Geneva is preferred
• Experience with Snowflake, Anaplan, Alteryx, Power Platform, Tableau, Yardi, Allvue, eFront, LemonEdge

• Ability to collaborate with internal and external partners.
• Capacity to work within sophisticated systems and large data sets.
