SEHO North America Inc. is looking to hire a regional sales associate.
POSITION PURPOSE:
Sales position Electronics Manufacturing Industry to manage current customer base and create new sales opportunities
PRINCIPAL PERFORMANCE GOALS and DUTIES:
- Develop Sales forecasts and strategies for annual sales goals
- Provide customer updates to SEHO Manager at the SEHO headquarters in Germany
- Manage our network of independent Sales Representatives
- Motivate, train, and make joint sales calls on customers with reps
REPORTS TO:
Sales Manager USA
WORKING RELATIONSHIPS:
Work as part of a team with SEHO’s engineering and technical support groups.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
- Self-motivating individual who can work independently with minimal direction
- Experience in the electronics manufacturing industry is recommended.
- College degree required; technical degree preferred. Training for this position will be held onsite and internationally.
- Strong verbal communication skills
- Strong written communication skills required for written communications with customers and sales reps
- Presentation skills for technical presentations and negotiating with customers
This position requires travel.
