Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Delray Beach, FL, for a Registered Respiratory Therapist. The role involves delivering respiratory care services, conducting assessments, and providing treatments to patients with cardiopulmonary conditions. Responsibilities include administering respiratory therapies, collaborating with medical teams for patient progress, and maintaining accurate documentation of care. The therapist will also participate in neonatal intensive care support when applicable, ensuring high-quality patient outcomes.

Qualifications
- Proficiency in Cardiopulmonary care and Respiratory Therapy
- Experience in Neonatal Intensive Care settings
- Strong knowledge of Respiratory Care and related medical procedures
- Ability to effectively collaborate with multidisciplinary medical staff
- State licensure as a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) required
- Detail-oriented with strong documentation and organizational skills
- BLS, CPR, or ACLS certification is preferred
- Prior experience in a home healthcare setting is a bonus
