SEHLKE POSITION TITLE: Lead, SME III, Senior Manager, Project Manager
LOCATION: Yorktown, VA
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Responsible for management of the contract including assignment of resources to the tasks, delivery of quality products on schedule and within budget, and all aspects of planning, execution, and contract management/ financial management of the contract.
Performs the necessary Program Management and oversight of the full scope of the Task Order including support of the Standard Labor Data Collection and Distribution Application (SLDCADA) solution utilizing best practices leveraged from Program Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK), Capability Maturity Model Integration (CMMI), and the Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) Service Management Framework. The objective of this task is to provide integrated system sustainment and infrastructure support services for the entire SLDCADA program.
Establishes and maintains a management program during contract performance, incorporating details of:
- Budget and Financial Management
- Reporting and Metrics
- Contract Management
- Communications and Records Management
- Asset and Facilities Management
- Risk Management
- Configuration Management
- Navy Audit Support (FISCAM)
- Quality Assurance and Control
- Transition Support
CLEARANCE REQUIREMENTS: Secret
EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:
Mandatory: Master’s Degree

CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:
Mandatory: DAWIA Level III Program Management, Program Management Professional (PMP), or equivalent certification is required.

EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
- Demonstrated experience managing or supporting a DoD program or civilian agency equivalent
- Demonstrated experience implementing high quality of service, managing large volumes of data, and capable of supporting complex organization or enterprise information systems.
- Demonstrated management skills in resource management, contract management and financial management.
- Ability to communicate effectively with key Program personnel to plan and conduct reviews, assess contract status, and recommend resolution of contractual and technical issues.
- At least 10 years of experience managing government contracts.
