This Opportunity

• Lead Master Plans and Environmental Reviews and provide planning support throughout design and construction of airport projects.
• Lead the pursuits of work in Texas, including client pursuit strategy, proposal writing, project scoping and contracting.
• Mentor less experienced planning staff.
• Manage multi-disciplined teams supporting planning projects.
  
  

Essential Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience leading master plans at general and commercial airports.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively with our team of Airport Planning project managers.
• Experience planning team workloads, mentorship, team best practices, tracking industry guidance/changes, etc.
• Ability to support general aviation project planning for existing clients in general and commercial spaces across multiple geographies.
• This opportunity is open to candidates residing in Austin or throughout South Central/Southern Texas.
  
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with TXDOT projects and relationships with TXDOT staff and TX Airports
• Ability to work successfully as a seller-doer

Base compensation is expected to be in the range of $95,000 and $130,000 based on skill set and experience. Check out our full benefits package at SEH Hiring Journey.
