Job Type: Regular Scheduled Hours: 40 Job Summary: Professionally trained individual who produces high quality radiographs for all interventional studies, assists with sterile setup, and maintains sterile technique throughout procedures. Job Description: 40hrs/1st shift/ 8am-630p for 4-10s or 8am-430p for 5-8s or 7am-330p for 5-8s We're seeking a detail-oriented professional to operate and maintain our radiology equipment safely and efficiently, all while minimizing radiation exposure. You'll assist physicians during invasive radiographic procedures, help prepare and monitor patients, and ensure sterile supplies are handled properly. Your responsibilities include routine maintenance and cleaning of equipment, following safety protocols, and ensuring compliance with all safety standards. You'll also be proficient in all aspects of interventional radiology procedures, helping with venous access and reviewing patient histories to watch for potential reactions. Keeping track of inventory, managing patient data, and ensuring accurate billing and coding are also part of the role. Education, Credentials, Licenses: Graduate of an approved accredited program of Radiologic Technology. Current CPR certification ARRT(R) registered or eligible (see below for individual state requirements) State Licensure: Kentucky KBMIRT Radiation Operator's License - Radiography (Temporary or Permanent) Associate has 12 months from the issuance of a Temporary KBMIRT Radiation Operator’s License – Radiography to obtain ARRT(R). Indiana Indiana State Department of Health (ISDH) License – (Radiologic Technologist or Radiology Student Permit) Associate has 6 months from the issuance of a Radiology Student Permit to obtain ARRT(R).
