Key Responsibilities
- Crisis Management: Coordinate delivery crisis management and provide deep supply chain expertise to resolve critical disruptions swiftly.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Interact with cross-functional teams (Purchasing, Logistics, Manufacturing, Engineering) to minimize operational impacts and protect plant production.
- Root Cause Analysis: Identify the underlying root causes of supply chain crises through deep-dive investigations and structured problem-solving.
- Process Improvement: Apply lean manufacturing principles to optimize manufacturing processes and prevent future bottlenecks.
- Risk Mitigation: Monitor high-risk suppliers proactively to prevent operational crises before they impact production.
- Communication: Coordinate clear, concise communication with internal and external stakeholders during high-pressure crisis situations.
- Strategic Partnership: Serve as a key partner to Purchasing Operations groups regarding all supply chain-related issues and continuously contribute to the development of team workflows.
