Segreve & Hall Insurance Associates is seeking a motivated and professional Insurance Producer to join our growing team. This position is open to both experienced agents and entry-level candidates who are looking to build a long-term career in insurance. For the right candidate, we offer licensing, training, and full support to get you started.
The primary responsibility of the Insurance Producer is to develop, manage, and close high-quality personal and commercial insurance business. This includes building strong relationships with clients and prospects and guiding them toward appropriate insurance solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively market and develop relationships with business owners and individuals
- Conduct in-person meetings, phone calls, Zoom sessions, and utilize social media platforms (Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram) for outreach
- Identify client needs and prepare accurate insurance applications and proposals
- Advise clients on coverage types, limits, and recommend appropriate insurance solutions
- Stay informed on industry trends, new products, and regulatory changes
- Maintain up-to-date client records and follow up consistently to ensure client satisfaction
- Work independently to manage time, set goals, and meet production targets
What We’re Looking For
- Excellent communication skills – both verbal and written
- Comfortable conducting outreach in person, by phone, and through digital platforms
- Strong technical skills and computer proficiency (spreadsheets, CRM, etc.)
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Customer-focused mindset with a drive to build a career, not just find a job
- Willingness to continuously learn and stay current with industry updates
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Prior insurance experience or licensure preferred but not required
- Must be eligible to obtain a state insurance license (training provided)
Benefits
- Starting Salary: $50,000 – $60,000
- First-Year Earning Potential: $70,000 – $80,000 (Base Commission)
