Established NYC Investment Manager

New York City | Four days onsite, Friday remote

$185,000–$200,000 base plus bonus

The Opportunity

A well-established investment manager is hiring a senior, hands-on developer to take technical ownership of a business-critical CRM platform supporting Sales, Distribution, Marketing, Relationship Management, and Finance.

This is not a Salesforce administrator role. The position combines Salesforce development with backend engineering across SQL Server, cloud services, and enterprise integrations. You’ll stay hands-on while helping shape the broader technical direction of the CRM environment.

What You'll Do

• Design and build integrations connecting Salesforce with internal and external platforms
• Develop backend services and cloud applications using Microsoft and Azure technologies
• Build and maintain CRM workflows, data pipelines, and business applications
• Troubleshoot complex application and data issues
• Partner directly with business and technology leaders
• Contribute to architecture, development standards, and the longer-term CRM roadmap

What We're Looking For

• 10 years of application development experience, including C#, .NET, Python, Java, or a comparable backend language
• Strong, hands-on Microsoft SQL Server and data-integration experience
• Hands-on Salesforce development and integration experience, including Salesforce APIs
• Experience delivering applications through the full development lifecycle
• Financial-services background and comfort working directly with senior stakeholders

Preferred Experience

• Asset management, hedge funds, private markets, or wealth management
• Marketing automation tools (Pardot, Marketo)
• Modern cloud data platforms and warehousing
• ETL, microservices, and CI/CD

This is a senior individual-contributor role for someone who wants to remain hands-on while owning technical direction, architecture, and delivery across a strategically important CRM and data platform.
