Facilities Project Manager

Segra is searching for a qualified and experienced Facilities Project Manager to join us in a full-time capacity.

Location Requirement:

We are considering candidates in one of the following office locations: Raleigh, NC; Charlotte, NC; or Richmond, VA. The work arrangement for this role is a hybrid position, requiring a minimum of three (3) days in the office, with flexibility to work remotely two (2) days each week.

Role Overview:

This position supports the planning and execution of facility/real estate related projects, working closely with contractors, internal stakeholders and the Segra Facilities management team. The position is a blend of administrative and project management; ensuring there is clear communication across a spectrum of key contributors, while delivering a project on time and within budget. The Facilities Project Manager II role must be able to multi-task and manage concurrent projects throughout the Segra facilities footprint.

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required.

Required Experience:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in coordinating or managing projects of varying scale.
• 1 year of facilities and/or construction project experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience reviewing floor plans and architectural design.

Preferred Experience:

• Vendor and contractor management.
• Knowledge of project budget planning.
• Knowledge of building systems (HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing)

Key Competencies:

• Proficient with Microsoft Office.
• Organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively across a diverse range of stakeholders.
• Ability to collaborate across lines of business and external contractors.
• Able to work independently.

Salary Range: $64,050.00 - $80,000.00
