Segra is searching for a qualified and experienced Contract and Legal Specialist II to join us in a full-time capacity.
Location Requirement:

Role Overview:
The Contract and Legal Specialist II supports Segra’s most critical contracting activities by drafting, reviewing, and negotiating customer, vendor, and partner agreements. This role ensures day-to-day contractual compliance, risk identification, and timely execution of agreements that drive revenue, manage cost, and protect Segra’s business interests. The Specialist serves as a bridge between the business and the Legal & Regulatory team, providing high-quality contract support, operational consistency, and actionable analysis.

Salary Range: $64,050 - $75,000

Qualifications:
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university, or extensive experience in related fields may suffice in lieu of education. Additional training/certification in legal skills, telecommunications, contracts, real property and corporate transactions preferred.
- Minimum 6 years of experience in business transactions, contracts, and/or supply chain required.
- Telecommunications or technology industry experience strongly preferred.
- Contract Expertise – Skilled in reviewing, drafting, and negotiating complex commercial agreements.
- Analytical Judgment – Ability to identify risks and recommend practical solutions to business stakeholders.
- Collaboration – Strong ability to partner across functions (Sales, Finance, IT, Operations) and build trust.
- Communication Skills – Excellent written and oral communication; ability to distill complex terms into clear business language.
- Process Orientation – Ability to manage workflows, deadlines, and priorities with discipline and efficiency.
- Professional Integrity – Handle sensitive business information with discretion and uphold Segra’s standards of compliance and ethics.
- Attention to Detail – Demonstrates accuracy and thoroughness in contract review, drafting, and compliance activities.
- Technical Proficiency – Skilled in Microsoft Office, Adobe Professional, and Internet-based research, with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to company-specific systems and tools.
- Quantitative Analysis – Applies strong mathematical and analytical skills to evaluate contract terms, cost models, and risk assessments
