Remote Bilingual (Spanish/English) Customer Service Representative – $14.25/hr -Start date December 08, 2025 -Testing and Interviews are being conducted on 11/17, from 8am EST through 8pm EST. If testing and minimum qualifications are met during the interview, we are moving forward to background for the 12/8 start date.You will be offered this role if:You pass the systems requirements, equipment requirements, language fluency and a background check, you will be offered this role.We are seeking bilingual (Spanish/English) Customer Service Representatives to support members with their transportation benefits. Proficient with online chat (Teams) functions for resources and support.Ability to work independently with strong sense of focus, task oriented, nonjudgmental, and clear sense of boundaries.Ability to think critically and make decisions using sound judgement, experience, and existing tools/resources, including applicable rules/regulations.System Diagnostic and language assessment required: You must be willing to undergo a live scan of your equipment to ensure you have the minimum internet, equipment and Spanish speaking fluency to perform services.Background Screening required: All 1099 contractors are required to undergo a background check prior.Technology Requirements.
