Overview : We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to provide high-quality patient care. This role involves inpatient and outpatient nursing services across various hospitals and clinics in New Mexico and Arizona including Shiprock, NM; Gallup, NM and Crownpoint, NM; Chinle, AZ and Keyenta, AZ serving a diverse and underserved population.

Key Responsibilities :

Deliver patient-centered nursing care in inpatient and outpatient settings.

Assess, diagnose, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans according to nursing standards.

Administer medications, IV therapy, wound care, and emergency interventions .

Ensure compliance with HIPAA, infection control, and agency policies .

Maintain detailed and accurate medical records using electronic systems.

Demonstrate cultural sensitivity and respect when working with American Indian and Alaska Native patients.

Rotate into different care units as needed to support patient care demands .

Minimum Qualifications :

Experience : At least 3 years of nursing experience, with at least 2 years in a specialty area.

License : Active, unrestricted RN license in any U.S. state, the District of Columbia, Puerto Rico, or a U.S. territory .

Requirements

Strong clinical competency in emergency, primary, and acute care nursing

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and respond to patient needs efficiently

Cultural competency and ability to provide respectful, patient-centered care

Proficiency in using electronic health record (EHR) systems

Flexibility & adaptability to work in different units based on patient needs

Effective communication skills (verbal & written) in English
