Technical screenings are being conducted daily from 8am EST through 8pm EST until each training class is filled. If testing and minimum qualifications are met during the screening, we are moving forward to background for the 1/5 and 2/2 start dates

We are seeking bilingual (Spanish/English) Customer Service Representatives to support members with their transportation benefits. Representatives assist with ride reservations, confirm eligibility, and answer related questions.

Work Schedule: Monday–Saturday, between 8:00 a.m.–6:45 p.m. - You will choose your availability within the operating window.
Equipment: As a 1099 Independent Contractor, you must have your own laptop/desktop, monitors, and headset. Training is provided.
What You’ll Do
- This is a very contractor friendly job with a lot of flexibility. The calls are friendly, and you will help members arrange transportation to and from their medical appointments in English and Spanish.

You’re a Great Fit If You Have:
- Full fluency in English and Spanish (verbal and written).
- Customer service experience in a call center environment is preferred.
- Experience in healthcare or benefits support preferred.
- Ability to self-manage and maintain service quality.
- Strong computer skills and ability to learn new systems quickly.
- Have own devices (laptop, headset, dual monitors)
- Have high speed internet, hardwired 50 download and 40 upload
- Must provide valid government ID, pass device diagnostic, language assessment and background screening prior to beginning work.
- Healthcare or insurance experience is a plus (Medicaid, Medicare, or patient coordination).
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities You Will Need:
- Must be able to navigate multiple computer systems while interacting with customers. Proficient with online chat (Teams) functions for resources and support.
- Ability to work independently with strong sense of focus, task oriented, nonjudgmental, and clear sense of boundaries.
- Ability to think critically and make decisions using sound judgement, experience, and existing tools/resources, including applicable rules/regulations.
Valid government ID required
System Diagnostic and language assessment required: You must be willing to undergo a live scan of your equipment to ensure you have the minimum internet, equipment and Spanish speaking fluency to perform services.
Background Screening required: All 1099 contractors are required to undergo a background check prior to acceptance. Minor infractions on a criminal background are acceptable, and we encourage you to apply, however fraud convictions are not accepted.
Technology Requirements. You MUST have the following to ensure your equipment and devices meet the minimum requirements to accept calls for this contract role. Equipment and internet speed will be tested on a live call.
- Windows 11 or newer
- Processor: 6 cores or more
- RAM: 16 GB minimum
- Dual monitors and USB headset
- Wired internet connection with at least 50 Mbps download / 40 Mbps upload

Job Type: Contract
Pay: $14.25 - $15.00 per hour
