This is a full-time, on-site role located in Joliet, IL, for an Executive Assistant. The Executive Assistant will be responsible for providing executive administrative assistance, managing expense reports, and offering executive support. Day-to-day tasks include managing communication, handling administrative assistance duties, and supporting the executives to ensure smooth operations and streamlined processes within the organization.
- Experience in Executive Administrative Assistance and Administrative Assistance
- Proficiency in creating and managing Expense Reports
- Strong skills in Executive Support and Communication
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field is a plus
- Previous experience in the financial or asset management industry is advantageous
