What are the responsibilities and job description for the Associate Attorney position at Segalini, Neville & Maher LLC?
Segalini, Neville & Maher LLC, a busy, well-established law firm based in Waltham, is seeking a motivated Associate Attorney, preferably with courtroom experience, to join our growing team.
This Associate will primarily represent insurance defense clients and handle all aspects of litigation, including taking depositions, researching and drafting motions and supporting memoranda, handling arbitrations, and appearing in courts throughout the Commonwealth. You will get immediate courtroom experience and have direct client interaction. We pride ourselves in ensuring a supportive, collegial culture where there is mentorship from more experienced trial attorneys. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational, communication, and writing skills, along with a willingness to take ownership of a diverse caseload. Experience in insurance coverage matters is a plus. Prior trial experience is preferred but not required.
Salary is commensurate with experience and 401K plan offered.
