Job Summary
The Site Manager will oversee operations across West Broward clinical research sites, supporting both neuroscience and psychedelics programs. This role blends site leadership with hands-on study project management, with responsibility for stabilizing, optimizing, and scaling site performance while helping build future program leadership structures.
Role Summary:
Responsible for overall site performance, including recruitment, enrollment, staff management, regulatory compliance, and study execution. Serves as both operational leader and Study Project Manager for high-priority trials.
Key Responsibilities:
· Oversee daily site operations and staff performance
· Drive recruitment, screening, enrollment, and retention
· Ensure compliance with GCP, FDA, and protocol requirements
· Serve as primary contact for sponsors, CROs, and vendors
· Manage study timelines, deliverables, and issue resolution
· Monitor KPIs including enrollment, retention, quality, and profitability
· Maintain CTMS and data entry compliance
· Train, mentor, and develop research staff
· Conduct performance evaluations and manage staffing needs
· Collaborate cross-functionally with HR, Recruitment, Finance, and Marketing
· Improve workflows and operational systems
Phase-Based Expectations:
0–90 Days:
o Stabilize operations and improve recruitment funnel
o Assess team performance and implement accountability
o Ensure protocol and regulatory compliance
90–180 Days:
o Scale enrollment and site efficiency
o Identify bottlenecks and optimize processes
o Define structure for future program leadership
180 Days:
o Support hiring and onboarding of program leadership
o Maintain operational excellence during transition
o Assist in establishing standalone program verticals
