The Role
Segal Marco Advisors seeks an individual with strong analytical skills, interested in both investments and operations, within its Investment Operations Team. The opportunity is in a fast growing, team-oriented group, and requires an individual who is highly detail oriented, a self-starter, and excels in a collaborative environment.

The current salary range for this position is $ $72,000 to $90,000 plus opportunity for a discretionary performance bonus based on company profitability and employee performance. Segal Marco Advisors seeks an individual with strong analytical skills, interested in both investments and operations, within its Investment Operations Team. Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To
- Monitoring/facilitating new account set-up processes
- Supporting compliance activities such as SEC custody audits and other relevant filings; leading audit processes for Segal Marco sponsored investment vehicles.
- Implementing approved asset allocation mixes for each plan as directed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business (accounting a plus).
- Minimum of 2-3 years of relevant work experience; familiarity with custody, investment consulting, and investment operations a plus.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to function effectively within a tight deadline environment requiring attention to detail, accuracy, and a high level of quality.
