SEFCO, CPA’S, LLP, a full-service public accounting firm located in Glens Falls, NY, is proud to provide professional, personalized services for clients in a variety of industries.
We are seeking a dedicated team player with recent payroll preparation experience. Responsibilities will include: preparation of weekly and/or bi-weekly payroll for a variety of clients, preparation of quarterly payroll tax reports (941's & NYS-45's), preparation of annual payroll tax reports (940, W-2's, 1099's, etc.), and also assisting clients with disability/PFL & workers compensation audits.
Additional responsibilities are available for the right candidate (preparation of sales tax reports, bookkeeping, and/or tax return preparation) but are not required.
Position requires recent payroll experience. Strong communication, client service, leadership, analytical, organizational, and PC skills including Excel proficiency are desired.
