About The Role


As a Principal Implementation Consultant, you'll serve as the trusted advisor and implementation leader for some of the world's most recognized organizations.

You'll guide customers from discovery through go-live, translating business objectives into scalable platform solutions while ensuring every implementation delivers exceptional customer experiences and measurable business value.

You'll partner closely with Project Management, CS Leadership, Product, Engineering, and Support to deliver successful implementations that accelerate adoption, reduce risk, and create the foundation for long-term customer success, growth, and staying power. Your role will 100% set this compass to stay on course for our organization.


What You'll Do


Become a Trusted Strategic Advisor

●     Lead enterprise implementation projects from kickoff through production go-live and the Hypercare period, ensuring successful production delivery.

●     Facilitate discovery workshops to understand each customer's business objectives, operational workflows, learning strategy, and success criteria.

●     Build trusted relationships with executive sponsors and key stakeholders while developing a deep understanding of their business, strategic priorities, and desired outcomes to guide successful implementation.

●     Serve as a trusted advisor, guiding customers on best practices, platform capabilities, and adoption strategies while balancing their objectives with Seertech standards to maximize long-term business value.

●     Configure the Seertech platform to deliver scalable, maintainable solutions aligned to customer requirements.

●     Drive strong implementation governance by proactively managing project timelines, milestones, risks, and executive communications alongside project management.


Drive Customer Success & Value Realization

●     Design scalable implementation strategies that align customer business objectives with Seertech best practices and long-term success.

●     Accelerate customer readiness and drive First Time to Value (FTTV) through proactive planning, enablement, and execution.

●     Empower customer administrators and key stakeholders with the knowledge, confidence, and resources needed to successfully adopt and manage the platform.

●     Lead purposeful customer meetings with clear objectives, measurable outcomes, and documented next steps that maintain project momentum.

●     Conduct Transition Business Reviews (TBRs) prior to go-live, confirming implementation success, operational readiness, and alignment for Customer Success handoff.

●     Identify opportunities to broaden platform adoption across business units, user groups, and enterprise use cases for post implementation teams.

●     Provide strategic guidance on relevant platform capabilities and adoption best practices to help customers realize additional business value.

 

Protect Implementation Health

●     Partnering with project management with the implementation scope, identifying and communicating risks early, and proactively driving resolution.

●     Recognize early warning signs including reduced engagement, organizational changes, stakeholder turnover, acquisitions, restructures, or declining platform usage.

●     Proactively escalate to leadership and collaborate internally to resolve issues quickly.

●     Maintain high levels of customer trust through responsiveness, follow-through, and accountability.

●     Effective coordination for cross-functional teams including Product, Engineering, CS Leadership, Data Services, and Support.

●     Supporting data migration, integrations, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), deployment readiness, and production launch.

●     Ensuring a seamless, informative transition from implementation into CS- Account Management for long-term partnership.

●     Advocate for customer needs while maintaining alignment with company priorities. This role must support project management with scope creep.

●     When applicable, collecting solid business requirements so we can deliver effectively.


Identify Growth Opportunities

CS-Implementation plays an important role in revenue growth, while this is not a sales role by any stretch, we are still “selling” Seertech during implementation and bringing what we sold them to reality.

You'll actively listen for opportunities for future platform Department and Use Case expansion opportunities. Qualified opportunities will be partnered with our Sales team and compensated via bonus structure.


Create Customer Advocacy

Great customer stories create healthy customer communities. You'll help:

●     Nurture a new customer spotlight story being built through implementation

●     Ensure Transition Business Reviews highlight successful summary and value demonstration.

●     Ensure >90% reference rate for your implementations


Continuously Learn

Our platform evolves constantly, and so should we. You'll stay current on:

●     Eventually become an expert on our platform capabilities and value streams

●     New product releases

●     Customer success stories

●     Industry trends

●     Best practices in enterprise Implementations

●     Learn and deliver a product demo


What You'll Bring

We're looking for someone who combines technical curiosity, business consulting expertise, and outstanding customer leadership.


Required Experience

●     10 years delivering enterprise SaaS implementations

●     Experience leading complex customer implementations from discovery through go-live.

●     Strong consulting experience gathering business requirements and supporting teams translate them into scalable technical solutions.

●     Experience managing multiple enterprise projects simultaneously.

●     Experience implementing LMS, HRTech, ERP, CRM, HCM, or other enterprise software platforms.

●     Experience facilitating executive workshops and customer discovery sessions.

●     Working knowledge of APIs, integrations, SSO, reporting, data migration, and enterprise system architecture.


Experience Stand Outs

●     Enterprise Learning Management System (LMS) implementation experience.

●     Experience working with global enterprise customers.

●     Strong change management and organizational readiness experience.

●     PMP, Agile, Scrum, or related project management certifications.

●     A passion for improving delivery processes and creating exceptional customer experiences.

●     Have team leadership experience
