We are excited to announce an opening for a JOC Project Controls Lead to join our team at JOC Consulting Services.
Location: Loudoun County, VA (Onsite Preferred)
Duration: Long-Term Engagement
Key Responsibilities:
Develop, maintain, and manage project schedules using MS Project and/or Primavera P6.
Lead cost control and budget management activities across multiple JOC projects.
Track project performance, identify variances, and prepare detailed reports for stakeholders.
Establish and optimize project workflows to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery.
Support risk assessment and mitigation strategies throughout the project lifecycle.
Collaborate with project managers, estimators, and leadership to maintain project alignment and transparency.
Qualifications:
Proven proficiency in MS Project and Primavera P6.
Strong background in cost control, budgeting, and financial tracking.
Experience in performance measurement, reporting, and schedule analysis.
Familiarity with project workflows, risk management, and JOC delivery methods.
Excellent analytical, communication, and coordination skills.
