This is a full-time, on-site role located in Manchester, NJ, for a Production Manager. The Production Manager will oversee and manage daily manufacturing operations to ensure the efficient production of high-quality aluminum systems. Responsibilities include managing production schedules, coordinating resources, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards, supervising team activities, and implementing process improvements to optimize workflows. The Production Manager will also work closely with project managers, engineers, and clients to ensure projects are completed on time and meet specifications.
- Leadership and Management: Experience in supervising teams, coordinating schedules, and managing daily production operations.
- Technical Knowledge: Understanding of precision CNC fabrication processes, manufacturing operations, and aluminum systems.
- Process Improvement: Skills in analyzing workflows, problem-solving, and implementing efficiency improvements.
- Communication and Collaboration: Ability to work closely with cross-functional teams, including project managers, engineers, and clients.
