Print Production & Sign Installation, Manager

SEEN is looking for an experienced Print Production & Sign Installation Manager to oversee the production and physical execution of our outdoor advertising campaigns.

This is a Temporary-to-Full-Time

This is a hands-on role responsible for taking campaigns from approved artwork through printing, delivery, installation, and completion. You’ll manage our print production workflow, oversee sign installation, manage outside vendors and installers, and directly manage our Print Production & Sign Installation, Coordinator.

We’re looking for someone with real-world experience in print production and sign installation, someone who understands how materials are produced, how they need to be installed, and what it takes to get a campaign completed correctly and on time.

What You’ll Do

• Own the end-to-end production and installation process for SEEN campaigns
• Manage campaigns from approved artwork through printing, delivery, installation, and completion
• Oversee all print production, including specifications, materials, quantities, finishing, proofs, and quality control
• Manage relationships with printers, sign production companies, installers, couriers, and other vendors
• Source and evaluate vendors based on quality, capacity, timing, service, and cost
• Review quotes, negotiate pricing, and manage production and installation costs
• Build and maintain production and installation schedules across multiple campaigns
• Coordinate deliveries to warehouses, installers, and job sites
• Schedule and manage internal and outside installation crews
• Ensure installers have the correct materials, artwork, locations, instructions, and equipment required for each job
• Review installation requirements and identify potential issues before crews arrive on site
• Oversee installation quality and ensure campaigns are executed to SEEN’s standards
• Coordinate reprints, repairs, replacements, removals, and other field requirements
• Troubleshoot production or installation issues and find practical solutions quickly
• Work closely with SEEN’s Operations and Installation teams to keep campaigns moving
• Maintain accurate production and installation records
• Track campaign status from production through final installation
• Establish and improve production and installation processes and standards
• Help build a reliable network of print and installation partners as SEEN continues to grow

What We’re Looking For

• 7 years of experience in print production, sign installation, outdoor advertising, OOH, large-format printing, signage, or a related field
• Direct experience managing print production and/or sign installation
• Strong understanding of large-format printing, substrates, adhesives, finishing, mounting, and installation methods
• Experience working with printers, sign manufacturers, installers, and production vendors
• Experience scheduling and coordinating installation crews
• Strong understanding of the practical requirements of installing outdoor signage in the field
• Experience reviewing quotes and managing production and installation costs
• Strong vendor management and negotiation skills
• Excellent organizational and project management skills
• Exceptional attention to detail
• Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills
• Excellent communication and follow-through
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines simultaneously
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where priorities can change quickly
• Previous experience managing or mentoring junior employees

Pay: $90,000.00 - $115,000.00 per year
