Seelye Auto Group has a passion for providing exceptional customer service. We are seeking a Customer Service Advisor who has a passion for providing a great customer experience while educating customers in regard to their vehicle needs.
Job Responsibilities -
- Have basic automotive knowledge
- Understand how and when to sell/upsell automotive service
- Be able to efficiently learn to use computer system (DMS)
- Must be able to multitask and handle a fast-paced work environment
- Build customer relationships to promote repeat/referral business
- Maintain high customer satisfaction metrics
- High energy and motivation for every customer
Skills -
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Excellent customer service skills
- Knowledge of automotive services and repairs, including tire service, brake repair, oil changes, etc.
- Ability to accurately diagnose customer concerns and recommend appropriate services
- Proficiency in using computer software for scheduling appointments and processing payments
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
