Position Overview
The Auto Glass Installation Technician is responsible for safely and efficiently repairing and replacing vehicle glass while maintaining exceptional quality standards and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have experience with OEM and aftermarket glass, ADAS calibration procedures, and a strong commitment to safety.
Key Responsibilities
- Remove, repair, and replace windshields, side windows, rear windows, and other vehicle glass components.
- Perform ADAS (Advanced Driver Assistance Systems) calibrations as required.
- Inspect and prepare vehicles for glass installation or repair.
- Ensure all work meets manufacturer and safety standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Provide excellent customer service and communicate clearly with advisors and service management.
- Accurately document work performed and materials used.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1–2 years of auto glass installation experience preferred (training available for the right candidate).
- Knowledge of glass adhesives, urethane curing times, and safety standards.
- Familiarity with ADAS calibration systems a plus.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
