Seeley Medical currently has an entry level opening at our Andover office. In the In-Take role, you will be responsible for receiving inbound phone calls and making outbound calls and processing new orders.. Additional responsibilities include processing incoming orders, reviewing and obtaining documentation to ensure compliance with insurance guidelines has been met. The documentation may be in the form of a CMN, face to face chart notes, and/ or sleep studies.
Standard hours for this position are Monday – Friday, 8:10 am – 5 pm.
Responsibilities
- Interact with customers to provide information in response to inquiries about products and services
- Handle and resolve customer complaints in a professional manner
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
- Utilize phone etiquette to answer inbound calls and make outbound calls as needed
- Analyze customer needs and recommend products or services
- Reviewing and obtaining documentation to ensure compliance with insurance guidelines has been met. The documentation may be in the form of a CMN, face to face chart notes, and/ or sleep studies.
Requirements
- Proven experience in customer service
- Proficiency in data entry with the ability to type 45 wpm.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage with customers effectively
- Excellent phone etiquette and outbound calling skills
-Must pass a BCI / FBI background check with electronic fingerprints
-Must possess a High School Diploma or GED at a minimum
