JOB SUMMARY:
The Clean Energy Project Manager is responsible for day-to-day and overarching management of within the SEEL, LLC portfolio in Central & Southern Illinois. The Project Manager will be responsible for leading and executing processes and projects under the directive of the Program Manager, and in concert with internal and external partners/stakeholders. These programs include traditional and market-development based energy efficiency programs. The Project Manager will be responsible for ensuring that individual initiatives are tracking to KPIs, and maintain a high degree of quality for all client deliverables. The Project Manager will also interface directly with Program Allies and other partners, and will also interface directly with utility and non-utility clients. The Project manager will be responsible for maintaining trackers of ongoing projects and will be responsible for preparing and delivering reports on the status of ongoing projects to program leadership and utility client staff. As the programs SEEL implements may be located in various regions of central & southern Illinois, occasional local travel for key events may be required.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Serve as the day-to-day lead on various projects and programs
· Interface with subcontractors and clients to ensure progress to program KPIs
· Track program progress and KPIs using proprietary trackers
· Establish procedures and SOPs for new and emerging programs
· Engage and recruit program partners, allies and participants
· Work with the program manager to establish clean energy programming
· Perform program outreach to participants and partners
· Provide regular project updates to program and utility team members
REQUIREMENTS:
· Bachelor’s Degree or commensurate experience
· Valid driver’s license
· Pass a background check and drug screens
· Commitment to customer satisfaction
· Excellent communication and active listening skills
· Punctuality and flexibility to meet appointments and adapt to changing schedules
· Responsive to customers, trade allies and team leaders
· Experience with energy efficiency measures or smart home equipment
· Advanced computer skills, including the ability to construct and maintain databases in excel
· Ability to manage several ongoing tasks at once, working to multiple deadlines
· Experience with leading and taking initiative on programs as the primary project lead
