JOB SUMMARY

As one of the fastest growing firms in the energy waste reduction movement, SEEL (Solutions for Energy Efficient Logistics) provides wholistic residential and commercial program management solutions for utility and municipal clients throughout the country. The role of Direct to Customer (D2C) Account Manager will act as a liaison between SEEL and Contractors managing relationships to create a successful and efficient customer journey while participating in the program. This position will ultimately be responsible for providing energy industry-specific insights, advice, and direction to HVAC, Weatherization and specialty contractors to meet the program objectives. This position also serves to ensure all contractors are properly on-boarded and are following program guidelines and quality. This position does not serve as a sales account management function and is not a role with direct reports.


DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

· Work closely with the Program Manager to ensure contractor and client needs and program deliverables are met

· Aid existing and newly on-boarded program contractors in the energy industry to meet program objectives

· Identify and assist with on-boarding of new program contractors

· Work closely Project Specialist to ensure Program customers are receiving communications throughout their program journey

· Work closely with the Program Manager on contract renewals as they come up

· Proactively identify at-risk contractor relationships and develop plans to avoid contract termination in partnership with operational teams

· Ensure contractors invoices are processed in a timely manner and payment expectations are achieved

· Represent the program at events with the purpose of finding program participant leads

· Manage the program portal and account verifications as customers’ work is distributed

· Create reports on investment activity and performance

· Maintain a variety of back-end applications

· Influence teams with no direct oversight to achieve common goals and support company strategic initiatives.

· Establish various metrics to ensure strategies remain consistent with overall program goals and objectives

· Prospect potential program participants and conduct eligibility audits


Required Qualifications


· Account Management work experience (at least 2 years)

· Solid project management skills

· Proven ability to effectively plan, direct, organize and manage partner relationships to ensure effective delivery of program objectives

· Ability to prioritize activities, meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks, from program planning to client meetings

· Ability to anticipate challenges, plan for solutions, and work within existing structures to overcome barriers

· Intermediate level of proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite applications with emphasis on Excel - data management/analysis

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills

· Strong relationship management and communications skills

· Ability to travel to contractor locations as needed

· Must be able to pass a drug screen and background check


PREFERRED Qualifications


· Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Social Service, Communications, Business or a related area preferred

· Experience working with HVAC, Weatherization, and/or specialty contractors

· Knowledge of weatherization and energy efficiency industry is highly recommended

· Six Sigma or demonstrated CI (continuous improvement) knowledge preferred
