BPI Certified Field Coordinator – New Jersey Area
Location: Trenton, NJ (serving Central & Southern New Jersey)
Employment Type: Full-Time | Field-Based | Local Travel Required
Are you passionate about making homes more energy-efficient and sustainable? We’re looking for a BPI Certified Field Coordinator to help lead our energy assessment and weatherization projects across New Jersey. As a key member of our field operations team, you’ll ensure that every audit meets BPI and state program standards—and that each customer experience reflects our commitment to quality and performance.
What You’ll Do
- Coordinate and oversee home energy assessments and field operations.
- Conduct or review BPI-compliant audits and inspections.
- Mentor and support field technicians to maintain quality and safety standards.
- Ensure proper data collection, documentation, and reporting for each project.
- Collaborate with clients, utilities, and internal teams to deliver energy-efficiency solutions that make a real impact.
What We’re Looking For
- Active BPI Certification (Building Analyst, Energy Auditor, or QCI required)
- 3 years of experience in home performance, energy auditing, or HVAC diagnostics
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel within the region
- Experience with the New Jersey Clean Energy Program (NJCEP) a plus
