We’re looking for someone who’s outgoing, responsible, and trustworthy to be the face of our office! If you love helping people, can juggle a few tasks at once, and have a knack for providing top-notch customer service — we’d love to meet you!
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Greeting patients and scheduling appointments
- Verifying vision insurance benefits
- Assisting with frame and lens selection
- Dispensing glasses and contact lenses
- Adjusting and repairing frames
- Educating patients on the best lens options
- Helping with insurance billing and general front desk tasks
What We’re Looking For:
- Great communication and people skills
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask
- A team player with a positive attitude
- Bilingual in Mandarin and English — required
- At least 1 year of optical experience — required
