A leading manufacturer is seeking a hands-on Manufacturing Engineer to drive process improvements, boost efficiency, and support safe, high-quality production.
What You'll Do:
Design and improve manufacturing processes for safety, quality, and productivity
Translate customer requirements into practical shop floor solutions
Create/update work instructions, part drawings, and inspection documents
Support new product launches and continuous improvement projects
Troubleshoot issues and provide technical support to operations
Develop layouts, manage projects, and optimize workflows
What You Bring:
Bachelor's in Engineering or related field
2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment
Strong problem-solving, communication, and CAD/documentation skills
Knowledge of SPC, Lean tools, and process optimization
