Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain various types of heavy equipment, including bulldozers, water trucks, graders, loaders, and backhoes.
- Perform tasks such as digging, grading, loading, and building using heavy equipment.
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
- Conduct routine inspections and maintenance on equipment to ensure proper functioning.
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and effectively.
Skills:
- Strong mechanical knowledge and understanding of heavy equipment operation.
- Proficient in operating bulldozers, GPS, water trucks, graders, loaders, and backhoes.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints or construction plans.
- Excellent hand-eye coordination and spatial awareness.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot equipment issues.
- Good communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members.
