We’re hiring Trailer Technicians to support multiple shop locations. Whether you’ve got solid experience or you’re still growing your skills, there’s room here for you.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Inspect, diagnose, and repair trailers and components
• Perform preventative maintenance and DOT inspections
• Work on suspensions, brakes, ABS systems, tires, and wheel-ends
• Rebuild trailer components like floors, couplers, and dolly legs
• Perform steel and aluminum welding and light fabrication
• Complete repair orders and basic documentation
• Work in a fast-paced, hands-on shop environment

What We’re Looking For

• Experience with trailers, diesel, auto repair, or similar hands-on work
• Welding or fabrication experience is a big plus (but can be taught)
• Strong mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
• Ability to work on a team and communicate effectively
• Willingness to travel between Cudahy, Waukesha, and Caledonia if needed
