TIG Welder
Are you a skilled TIG Welder with an eye for detail and a passion for craftsmanship? We are looking for a dedicated professional to join our client’s production team in Neenah, Wisconsin. In this role, you won’t just be "beading metal"—you’ll be working on high-spec projects that require surgical precision, clean aesthetics, and structural integrity. Whether working with stainless steel, aluminum, or specialty alloys, your expertise will ensure our products meet the highest industry standards.
Position – TIG Welder
Job Location – Neenah, WI
Starting Date – ASAP
Employment Term – Direct Hire
Employment Type – Full time
Work Hours (Shift) – 1st and 2nd shifts available
Starting Pay – $25 to $30 based on experience

Required Education – High School Diploma/GED
Required Experience – At least 2 years of experience
Responsibilities
- Precision Welding: Perform high-quality TIG welding on a variety of materials (Stainless, Aluminum, Carbon Steel).
- Blueprint Reading: Interpret technical drawings and weld symbols to ensure accurate fabrication.
- Preparation & Finishing: Clean and prep surfaces; grind and polish finished welds to meet aesthetic and functional requirements.
- Quality Control: Inspect welds for cracks, beads, or defects using standard gauges and visual checks.
- Collaboration: Work alongside our fabrication team to troubleshoot fit-up issues and optimize production flow.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of TIG welding experience in a manufacturing or job shop environment.
- Technical Skill: Ability to pass a hands-on weld test (horizontal, vertical, and overhead positions).
- Detail-Oriented: A "measure twice, cut once" mentality with a focus on clean, blue-ribbon welds.
- Reliability: A strong work ethic and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced Neenah-based production facility.
