Shipping and Receiving
We are looking for a detailed-oriented and dependable Shipping & Receiving Associate to join our client’s team in Appleton! In this role, you will be responsible for handling incoming shipments, managing staging inventory, and processing outgoing orders in a fast-paced environment.

Employment Term – Temp to hire
Employment Type – Full time
Work Hours (Shift) – 1st shift
Starting Pay – $18/hr

Required Education – High School Diploma/GED
Required Experience – At least 2 years of experience
Responsibilities
- Receiving & Verification: Unload, inspect, count, and verify incoming orders against packing slips to ensure complete accuracy.
- Inventory Control & Staging: Store and organize materials in designated locations using RF scanners; maintain accurate inventory tracking in our computer system.
- Material Handling: Move stock, collect empty bins/pallets, and stage materials for production teams.
- Outbound Shipping: Accurately package, label, and process outgoing customer orders using standard shipping carriers (e.g., UPS, FedEx).
- Communication & Coordination: Follow up on pending orders, report stock discrepancies, and collaborate with internal production teams.
Qualifications
- Experience: Prior warehouse, shipping/receiving, or inventory control experience is preferred.
- Skills: Strong computer literacy, fast and accurate data entry, and high attention to detail.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand/walk for the duration of the shift and regularly lift up to 50 lbs.
- Attributes: Strong communication skills, reliability, and the ability to thrive in a team environment.
