Purchasing Assistant
Position – Purchasing Assistant
Job Location – Elkhart Lake, WI
Starting Date – ASAP
Employment Term – 3 months
Employment Type – Temporary
Work Hours (Shift) – 1st Shift (8am-5pm Monday - Friday)
Starting Pay – $20
Benefits – Medical, Vision, Dental, 401(K), Paid Vacation, Paid Holidays, Referral Bonus
Required Education – High School Diploma/GED
Required Experience – At least 2 years of experience
This position uses NetSuite and applicant must have metal materials and purchasing experience.
Responsibilities
-Organize/create standardized inventory catalog.
-Track materials to see where purchased and how much it is.
- Create standardized coding system.
-Ability to run analytical reports as needed.

- Organized
- Accurate Data Entry
- Experience with Net Suite
