POSITION – General Labor
JOB LOCATION – Cedarburg, WI
STARTING DATE – Immediate
EMPLOYMENT TERM – Temp to hire
EMPLOYMENT TYPE – Full Time
WORK HOURS (SHIFT) – 2nd shift, 2pm to 12am, Monday to Thursday.
STARTING PAY – $20.00 per hour
BENEFITS – Medical, Vision, Dental, 401(K), Paid Vacation, Paid Holidays, Referral Bonus
REQUIRED EDUCATION – High School Diploma or GED
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE – No experience required; manufacturing experience is a plus
As a General Laborer, you will be responsible for loading and unloading finished metal parts from a punch press, inspecting parts for quality, and deburring metal components. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to start a career in manufacturing while working a consistent four-day workweek.
Responsibilities
- Load and unload finished metal parts from punch press equipment
- Inspect parts for quality and identify any defects
- Deburr metal parts to ensure finished product meets specifications
- Sort and organize completed parts for production flow
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Follow all safety and quality procedures
Qualifications
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly throughout the shift
- Strong attention to detail and quality standards
- Ability to stand and work in a manufacturing environment for extended periods
- Manufacturing experience is helpful but not required
- Dependable attendance and willingness to learn
